Demadex Side Effects Report #4904717-1
Demadex side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Jan 27, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure, cardiac failure acute, hypothyroidism, gout  and was treated with Demadex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood creatinine increased, blood uric acid increased, cardiac failure, cardiac failure acute, diverticulitis, lower gastrointestinal haemorrhage, protein urine present, pruritus. Demadex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, COZAAR, IMDUR, LOPRESSOR, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, SYNTHROID, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma and was treated with Demadex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, cardiac failure congestive, lung infection, mantle cell lymphoma, sinusitis . Demadex dosage: REPORTED AS 80 MG IN THE MORNING AND 60 MG IN THE AFTERNOON.. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
