Demadex side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 23, 1999. Female patient, 86 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with aortic stenosis and was treated with Demadex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, decreased appetite, dizziness , incoherent, loss of consciousness, nausea , oedema peripheral. Demadex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAURINE, POTASSIUM SUPPLEMENT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/28/1999.

Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 300.0 lb, was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Demadex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, asthenia, confusional state, dehydration, dizziness , gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hypokalaemia, post procedural haemorrhage. Demadex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MAXZIDE, PREDNISONE, CELEBREX, PEPCID, TYLENOL W, PLAQUENIL, SINGULAIR, ALBUTEROL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, cardiac arrest , cardiac failure congestive, cardiac murmur, dehydration, haematocrit abnormal, haematocrit decreased, hyperkalaemia. Demadex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TORSEMIDE, COZAAR, DILTIAZEM, LIPITOR, NORVASC, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
