After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, constipation , irritability, sleep disorder . Delsym dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 92.18 lb, was diagnosed with cough, neck pain, insomnia and was treated with Delsym. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, electroencephalogram abnormal, feeling abnormal, hallucination, visual, irritability, overdose. Delsym dosage: 40 ML /D PO. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCODONE, VALIUM, BENADRYL, RITALIN, FOCALIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
