Defibrotide Side Effects Report #4739433-2
Defibrotide side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 08, 2005. Female patient, weighting 200.4 lb, was diagnosed with venoocclusive liver disease and was treated with Defibrotide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, pulmonary oedema, renal failure, tachypnoea. Defibrotide dosage: 60 MG/KG Q24HOURS INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PROGRAF, MYCOPHENOLATE, LACTULOSE, CASPOFUNGIN, ACYCLOVIR. Patient died on 08/03/2005.
