Defibrotide side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 27, 2006. Female patient, weighting 35.27 lb, was diagnosed with bone marrow transplant What is  bone marrow transplant, venoocclusive liver disease and was treated with Defibrotide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, bradycardia, haematemesis, nausea What is  nausea, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory disorder, resuscitation. Defibrotide dosage: 40MG/KG IV/Q6HRS Q6HRS IV. Patient recovered.
