Deferasirox side effect was reported by a Health Professional from ITALY on Oct 02, 2008. Male patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with myelofibrosis and was treated with Deferasirox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, epigastric discomfort, serum ferritin increased. Deferasirox dosage: 500 MG/DAY. Patient recovered.
