Deferasirox side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 27, 2008. Female patient, weighting 125.0 lb, was diagnosed with iron overload and was treated with Deferasirox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: calcium ionised decreased, hypocalcaemia, serum ferritin decreased. Deferasirox dosage: 1500 MG PER DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
