Decitabine side effect was reported by a Physician from ITALY on May 26, 2008. Male patient, 77 years of age, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Decitabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neutropenia, pneumonia . Decitabine dosage: 135MG/M2 PER COURSE, EVERY SIX WEEKS; 252 MG, INTRAVENOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
