Decitabine side effect was reported by a Physician from SAUDI ARABIA on Jan 27, 2009. Male patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Decitabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colitis, vomiting. Decitabine dosage: 20 MG/M2, 1 IN 1 DAY, INTRAVENOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Decitabine dosage: 20MG/M2, 1 IN 1 DAY, INTRAVENOUS;20 MG/M2, 1 IN 1 DAY, INTRAVENOUS; 20 MG/M2, 1 IN 1 DAY, INTRAVENOU. Patient died on 11/10/2008.
