Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia, prophylaxis, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, bone disorder, incontinence, constipation  and was treated with Decadron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, dehydration, disorientation, fatigue, hypotension, jaundice , liver function test abnormal, malnutrition, weight decreased. Decadron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with REVLIMID, VALTREX, DAPSONE, NEXIUM, FOSAMAX, ASPIRIN, DETROL LA, DOCUSATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
