After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , central nervous system lesion, grand mal convulsion, hyponatraemia, malaise. Ddavp dosage: 500 TWO SUCCESSIVE NIGHTS MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with CHLORTHALIDONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
