Ddavp side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAMAICA on July 24, 2006. Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes insipidus  and was treated with Ddavp. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral ischaemia, dehydration, hypovolaemic shock, multi-organ failure, thrombosis, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, troponin increased. Ddavp dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cognitive disorder, dehydration, hyponatraemia, memory impairment, thirst decreased, water intoxication. Ddavp dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCORTISONE, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
