Male patient, child 6 years of age, weighting 35.05 lb, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Daytrana. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , hallucination, visual, psychomotor hyperactivity, tic . Daytrana dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HUMATROPE, ZYRTEC. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, off label use, psychomotor hyperactivity. Daytrana dosage: 15 MG, 1X/DAY; QD, TRANSDERMAL. Patient recovered.
