After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site bleeding, application site dermatitis, application site erythema, device failure, product quality issue, suicide attempt. Daytrana dosage: 20 MG, 1X/DAY:QD, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT. Patient recovered.
