Female patient, 17 years of age, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Daunorubicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood bilirubin unconjugated increased, blood cholinesterase decreased, blood fibrinogen decreased, cholestasis. Daunorubicin dosage: 45 MG/M2. During the same period patient was treated with VINCRISTINE, CYLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ASPARAGINASE, PREDNISOLONE. Patient recovered.
