Male patient, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Daunomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoxia, lung infiltration, pneumonitis. Daunomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, weighting 180.8 lb, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Daunomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, agitation, apnoea, hypermetabolism, hypoxia, lung infiltration, mental status changes, metabolic disorder What is  metabolic disorder, pyrexia. Daunomycin dosage: 60 MG/M2 IVP ON DAYS 1, 8, 15, AND 22. During the same period patient was treated with VINCRISTINE SULPHATE, PREDNISONE, ELSPAR, METHOTREXATE. Patient recovered.
