After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , confusional state, fear, fibrin d dimer increased, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, hyperhidrosis, insomnia. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , blood cholesterol increased, compression fracture, dizziness , haematochezia, headache , hyperhidrosis, lumbar radiculopathy, myocardial infarction. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ZITHROMAX, CILOXAN, ULTRAM, ACETAMINOPHEN AND CODEINE PHOSPHATE, ACETAMINOPHEN AND CODEINE PHOSPHATE, STROVITE, VICODIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
