After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism . Darbepoetin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, FLUNITRAZEPAM, PENTOXIFYLLINE, LACTULOSE. Patient died on 09/13/2005.
