Daptomycin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 15, 2005. Male patient, 76 years of age, weighting 147.0 lb, was diagnosed with enterococcal infection, osteomyelitis and was treated with Daptomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, tremor. Daptomycin dosage: 420 MG IV X 1 DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with LOVENOX, LANSOPRAZOLE, ATENOLOL, SPIRONOLACTONE, MOXIFLOXACIN. Patient recovered.

Daptomycin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 13, 2005. Female patient, weighting 178.0 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis bacterial, arthralgia and was treated with Daptomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyskinesia, tremor. Daptomycin dosage: 400MG QD INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, MAXZIDE, TOPROL, PAXIL. Patient recovered.
