Female patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with wound infection staphylococcal and was treated with Daptomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute, renal tubular necrosis. Daptomycin dosage: 680 MG. Patient recovered.

Daptomycin dosage: 500MG (= 5.5 MG/KG) IV Q24HR. During the same period patient was treated with GENTAMICIN SULPHATE, CEFEPIME, VANCOMYCIN, IODAXANOL CONTRAST DYE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with FEXOFENADINE, REGULAR INSULIN, CIMETIDINE, AMLODIPINE, METHADONE, INSULIN GLARZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
