Daptomycin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 04, 2006. Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 154.1 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis bacterial and was treated with Daptomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, erythema, oral mucosa erosion, pain What is  pain, pigmentation disorder, rash What is  rash, skin exfoliation, skin ulcer, xerosis. Daptomycin dosage: 300MG Q48H IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with AZTREONAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
