Daptomycin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on June 09, 2005. Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 180.0 lb, was diagnosed with osteomyelitis and was treated with Daptomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, fatigue, headache . Daptomycin dosage: 300 MG IV QD. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, FLUOXETINE, SPIRONOLACTONE, FUROSEMIDE, LIPITOR, CALCIUM CITRATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia. Daptomycin dosage: 360 MG Q24 HOURS IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, LANTUS, PREVACID, METRONIDAZOLE, EPOGEN, AMBIEN. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
