Dapsone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 17, 2006. Female patient, 23 years of age, was diagnosed with follicular mucinosis and was treated with Dapsone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: liver function test abnormal, liver transplant What is  liver transplant, pyrexia. Dapsone dosage: 50 MG 3X/D ORALLY. Patient died on 04/12/2004.

Dapsone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on June 27, 2007. Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 151.2 lb, was treated with Dapsone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chills, febrile neutropenia, mucous membrane disorder, pyrexia, rash What is  rash. Dapsone dosage: 100 MG 3 TIMES A WEEK PO. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, CELEBREX, REVLIMID, ACYCLOVIR, AMBIEN, OXYCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
