Dapsone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 11, 2006. Female patient, 40 years of age, weighting 77.00 lb, was diagnosed with pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, prophylaxis and was treated with Dapsone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, dehydration, haemoglobin decreased, haemolysis, impaired self-care. Dapsone dosage: 100 MG ONCE DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
