Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 164.7 lb, was diagnosed with methaemoglobinaemia, haemolytic anaemia and was treated with Dapsone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dizziness , dyspnoea, haemolytic anaemia, reticulocyte count decreased. Dapsone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHLENE BLUE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood disorder, chest pain , dizziness , dyspnoea, heart rate increased, lip discolouration, pallor, pharyngolaryngeal pain, vision blurred. Dapsone dosage: 100 MG 1X DAILY 7 DAYS PO. Patient recovered.
