Dantrolene side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 12, 2007. Female patient, 16 years of age, was diagnosed with analgesic effect and was treated with Dantrolene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, convulsion, cytolytic hepatitis, mucosal inflammation, nephropathy, renal failure, renal tubular disorder, thrombocytopenia. Dantrolene dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ONDANSETRON, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, NALBUPHINE. Patient recovered.
