Dantrium side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Apr 12, 2006. Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with neuroleptic malignant syndrome and was treated with Dantrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholestasis, jaundice
, liver disorder. Dantrium dosage: 40 MG FOUR TIMES DAILY, IV NOS. During the same period patient was treated with PARLODEL, CARBENIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Dantrium Side Effects Report #4776500-1

Male patient, 43 years of age, weighting 229.3 lb, was diagnosed with neuroleptic malignant syndrome and was treated with Dantrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: areflexia, depressed level of consciousness, electrolyte imbalance, hypotonia, liver disorder, metabolic acidosis, renal impairment. Dantrium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, RISPERIDONE, OLANZAPINE, PROPOFOL. Patient recovered.
