Dantrium side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from FRANCE on Sept 19, 2008. Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasticity, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension and was treated with Dantrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , diarrhoea, gastrointestinal motility disorder, pancreatic duct dilatation, pancreatitis acute, scan abdomen abnormal. Dantrium dosage: 175 MG, DAILY, ORAL; 175 MG, DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with FENOFIBRATE, PRAVASTATIN, CELECTOL, VISKEN, CREON, PANCREATIN TRIPLE STRENGTH CAP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasticity, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension and was treated with Dantrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase decreased, eosinophil count increased, gastrointestinal motility disorder, haemoglobin decreased, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension, lymphocyte count decreased, pancreatic pseudocyst, pancreatitis acute. Dantrium dosage: 100MG AM 25MG NOON 50MG PM, ORAL; 175 MG, DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FENOFIBRATE, PRAVASTATIN, CELECTOL, VISKEN, CREON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: calcinosis, gastrointestinal motility disorder, pancreatic disorder, pancreatic duct dilatation, pancreatitis. Dantrium dosage: 175 MG, DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PRAVASTATIN, CELECTOL, VISKEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
