Dantrium side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Sept 19, 2005. Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasticity and was treated with Dantrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adult t-cell lymphoma/leukaemia, body temperature increased, cytolytic hepatitis, dermatitis exfoliative, diet refusal, lymphadenopathy, lymphocytosis. Dantrium dosage: 25 MG, 4/DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, PERINDOPRIL, FUROSEMIDE, AERIUS, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, HYDROXYZINE, FLUOXETINE, METFORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Dantrium side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on June 06, 2007. Male patient, 28 years of age, was diagnosed with analgesic effect and was treated with Dantrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, body temperature increased, hyperhidrosis, muscle tightness, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, tonic convulsion, tremor. Dantrium dosage: 40 MG. During the same period patient was treated with VEGETAMIN A, GOODMIN, ROHYPNOL, TOLEDOMIN, LEXOTAN, PENTAZOCINE LACTATE, PENTAZOCINE LACTATE. Patient recovered.
