Dantrium and arrhythmia Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Dantrium Side Effects Report #5282899-2
Dantrium side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Mar 12, 2007. Female patient, child 10 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperthermia malignant and was treated with Dantrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , c-reactive protein increased, cardiac failure. Dantrium dosage: 40 MG DAILY, IV NOS. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DOPAMINE, PRECEDEX, DIPRIVAN. Patient died on 03/11/2007.

Dantrium side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Mar 23, 2007. Female patient, child 10 years of age, was treated with Dantrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , cardiac failure, myoglobinuria. Dantrium dosage: 40 MG DAILY, IV NOS. During the same period patient was treated with DOPAMINE, PRECEDEX, DIPRIVAN, NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died on 03/11/2007.
