Dantolene Side Effects Report #5793266-7
Dantolene side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on June 26, 2008. Female patient, 51 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis
and was treated with Dantolene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspiration pleural cavity abnormal, cardiac tamponade, haemodynamic instability, pericardial effusion, pleural effusion, pyrexia, sinus tachycardia. Dantolene dosage: 100 MG QID PO, AFTER 8/07-6/3/08. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT, WELLBUTRIN, PROTONIX, ZANAFLEX, PROVIGIL, BACLOFEN, AMBIEN, NORCO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
