Female patient, 88 years of age, was diagnosed with disseminated intravascular coagulation and was treated with Danaparoid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood potassium decreased, blood urea increased, c-reactive protein increased, fibrin d dimer increased, platelet count decreased, prothrombin time prolonged. Danaparoid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with POLYGLOBIN, PRIMAXIN, DOPAMINE, FLOMOXEF. Patient recovered.
