Male patient, 77 years of age, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder, pulmonary embolism  and was treated with Dalteparin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood pressure decreased, haematochezia, polyp, rectal haemorrhage, thrombosis. Dalteparin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, PARACETAMOL, CEFTRIAXONE, SANDO K, DIGOXIN, PHYTONADIONE. Patient recovered.
