Dalteparin Side Effects Report #5900046-8
Dalteparin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 25, 2008. Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis, pneumonia , sepsis  and was treated with Dalteparin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rash , renal failure acute, sepsis , thrombocytopenia. Dalteparin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYVOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cellulitis gangrenous, injection site cellulitis, thrombocytopenia. Dalteparin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUCONAZOLE, HALOPERIDOL, ACETAMINOPHEN, SALBUTAMOL, PIPERACILLIN AND TAZOBACTAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal haemorrhage, adrenocortical insufficiency acute, flatulence, livedo reticularis, platelet aggregation abnormal, pulmonary embolism , shock, thrombocytopenia, ultrasound doppler abnormal. Dalteparin dosage: 2500 U/ 0.2 ML, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ONDANSETRON, ACETAMINOPHEN, NEFOPAM HYDROCHLORIDE, MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
