Dalteparin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 03, 2005. Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 141.1 lb, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Dalteparin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal haemorrhage, adrenocortical insufficiency acute, flatulence, livedo reticularis, platelet aggregation abnormal, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism, shock, thrombocytopenia, ultrasound doppler abnormal. Dalteparin dosage: 2500 U/ 0.2 ML, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ONDANSETRON, ACETAMINOPHEN, NEFOPAM HYDROCHLORIDE, MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal haemorrhage, adrenal insufficiency, adrenal mass, blood corticotrophin increased, blood cortisol decreased, flatulence, hyperthermia, hypocapnia, hypoxia. Dalteparin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ONDANSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE, ACETAMINOPHEN, NEFOPAM HYDROCHLORIDE, MORPHINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
