Dalteparin side effect was reported by a Physician from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Apr 27, 2006. Female patient was diagnosed with percutaneous coronary intervention and was treated with Dalteparin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction. Dalteparin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, TICLOPIDINE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, air embolism, atrial fibrillation , cardiac disorder, cardiovascular disorder, coronary artery occlusion, coronary artery restenosis, coronary artery stenosis, electrocardiogram st segment elevation. Dalteparin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with REOPRO, ENOXAPARIN, INSULIN, GLUCOPHAGE, RAMIPRIL, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, PLAVIX, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
