Dalacine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Apr 14, 2008. Male patient, 80 years of age, was treated with Dalacine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute, vascular purpura. Dalacine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METRONIDAZOLE, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIMETHOPRIM, LEVOFLOXACIN, OFLOCET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Dalacine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on June 11, 2008. Male patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with endocarditis  and was treated with Dalacine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure, vascular purpura. Dalacine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OFLOCET, ORBENINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/28/2008.
