After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clostridial infection, diarrhoea, enterocolitis. Dalacine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FOLIC ACID, CETIRIZINE, METHOTREXATE, ACETAMINOPHEN, PARALGINTE, HUMIRA, NEXIUM, VALLERGAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
