Dalacin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Jan 25, 2008. Female patient, weighting 105.8 lb, was diagnosed with pyrexia, infection  and was treated with Dalacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute. Dalacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DALACIN S, MODACIN, ALPROSTADIL ALFADEX, DEXMEDETOMIDINE, URSO, CEROCRAL, SELBEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute, thrombocytopenia. Dalacin dosage: 600 MG, 2X/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PRIDOL, PASIL, SOLDACTONE, LASIX, THYRADIN, TAKEPRON, KALGUT, LEBENIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/07/2009.
