After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: caustic injury, corneal abrasion, iritis. Dalacin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood urine present, chemical burns of eye, influenza, injury corneal, iris injury, iritis, ocular hyperaemia, superficial injury of eye. Dalacin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
