Dalacin Side Effects Report #5170488-X
Dalacin side effect was reported by a Physician from POLAND on Nov 22, 2006. Male patient, 30 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with tooth disorder , tooth extraction and was treated with Dalacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dental operation, dyspnoea, erythema migrans, localised oedema, scab , stevens-johnson syndrome. Dalacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DALACIN C, AUGMENTIN, METRONIDAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
