Dalacin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on June 15, 2007. Female patient, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia , diabetes mellitus, cardiac failure, atrial fibrillation , cerebral artery embolism and was treated with Dalacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure acute. Dalacin dosage: DAILY DOSE:1200MG. During the same period patient was treated with PASIL, CARBENIN, ISEPACIN, BUFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, LANIRAPID, WARFARIN, LASIX, DIOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/15/2007.
