Dactinomycin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from FRANCE on July 16, 2007. Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with gestational trophoblastic tumour and was treated with Dactinomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: iatrogenic injury, pleural fistula, pleurisy, pyrexia. Dactinomycin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
