Dactinomycin Side Effects Report #5306511-9
Dactinomycin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Apr 03, 2007. Female patient, child 6 years of age, was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma and was treated with Dactinomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: beta haemolytic streptococcal infection, candida serology positive, febrile neutropenia, mucosal inflammation, no therapeutic response, pneumothorax, radiation pneumonitis. Dactinomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IFOSFAMIDE, VINCRISTINE, CARBOPLATIN, EPIRUBICIN, ETOPOSIDE. Patient died.
