Female patient was diagnosed with germ cell cancer and was treated with Dactinomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: choriocarcinoma, intra-abdominal haemorrhage. Dactinomycin dosage: 1 MG/M**2. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ETOPOSIDE, CISPLATIN. Patient died.
