Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome, refractory anaemia with an excess of blasts and was treated with Dacogen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoaesthesia, muscular weakness, neuropathy, oedema peripheral, pain in extremity, peroneal nerve palsy. Dacogen dosage: 12/18/05 35MG DV/2D 1-5, 1/29/07 26MG DV/2D1-5 3/12/07 26MG DV/2D1-5. Patient recovered.
