Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 174.0 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Dacogen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cellulitis , neutropenia. Dacogen dosage: 39 MG, 1 IN 1 DAY, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, ZOLOFT, PREVACID, PREMARIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, LASIX, TRAZODONE, ANAGRELIDE. Patient recovered.
