Cytoxan side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 10, 2008. Female patient, 39 years of age, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis , convulsion, bladder disorder and was treated with Cytoxan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction. Cytoxan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with REBIF, ZANAFLEX, KEPPRA, ROBAXIN, SANCTURA, LEXAPRO, NEURONTIN. Patient died on 11/09/2007.

Female patient, weighting 137.8 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Cytoxan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, dyspnoea, feeling cold, livedo reticularis, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism , rheumatoid arthritis , skin discolouration. Cytoxan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEUPOGEN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischaemia. Cytoxan dosage: 600 MG/M2 EVERY 2 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with ADRIAMYCIN PFS. Patient died on 06/02/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, dyspnoea, ejection fraction decreased, electrocardiogram t wave abnormal, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischaemia, orthopnoea, pain in extremity, refusal of treatment by patient. Cytoxan dosage: 600 MG/M2 EVERY 2 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with ADRIAMYCIN PFS. Patient recovered.
