Cytoxan Side Effects Report #4883391-7
Cytoxan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 17, 2006. Male patient, weighting 204.0 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Cytoxan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, platelet count decreased. Cytoxan dosage: 763 MG QD X 3 DAYS IV. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE, GVAX VACCINE, LUPRON, COUMADIN, FRAGMIN, HEPARIN, MORPHINE SULPHATE, LASIX. Patient recovered.

Cytoxan dosage: 763 MG QD X 3 DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with GVAX VACCINE, FLUDARABINE, LUPRON, COUMADIN, FRAGMIN, HEPARIN, LASIX, MEGACE. Patient recovered.

Cytoxan side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 31, 2005. Female patient, 39 years of age, weighting 87.08 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection , non-hodgkin's lymphoma and was treated with Cytoxan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, circulatory collapse, dehydration, depressed level of consciousness, haemoglobin decreased, performance status decreased, platelet count decreased, post procedural diarrhoea, post procedural vomiting. Cytoxan dosage: 350MG TOTAL DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with PROCARBAZINE, ANTI RETRO VIRAL. Patient died.

Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer , constipation , prophylaxis, insomnia, hypertension and was treated with Cytoxan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral infarction, cerebrovascular accident, haemoglobin decreased. Cytoxan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEULASTA, ADRIAMYCIN PFS, BEVACIZUMAB, SENOKOT, ALOXI, ATIVAN, CARDIZEM LA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: febrile neutropenia, haemoglobin decreased, hypotension, neutrophil count decreased, pneumonia , white blood cell count decreased. Cytoxan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAXOTERE, ADRIAMYCIN PFS, NEULASTA, OXYCONTIN, FENTANYL CITRATE, PARACETAMOL, PERCOCET, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
