Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Cytoxan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, erythema, fatigue, hot flush, muscular weakness, nausea , rash . Cytoxan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CELEXA, SIMVASTATIN, LISINOPRIL, GABAPENTIN, NORTRIPTYLINE, DIAZEPAM, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.
